Our Services

All Nations Nannies and Caregivers takes pride in placing pre-screened and highly qualified and experienced professional caregivers. We personally interview all applicants and do background and criminal checks.

You will receive a full detailed 3-5 page profile on the potential caregiver, including their work experience, education, special talents and training. Once the caregiver arrives in Canada, All Nations Nannies will offer a 3-5 day training period to all caregivers to prepare them for the expectations of a Canadian family. Canadian families discipline differently and have different customs and expectations from families in other countries. So we train our caregivers and prepare them to ensure the smoothest transition for both your family and the nanny.

All of our nannies have had at least:

  • 12 months of experience in a paid environment
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Successfully completed 72 units of post education or 2 years of college
  • Transcripts of education and work experience
  • Have no criminal record
  • Must pass a full medical exam
  • Passed our interview screening process

Benefits Of A Live-in Caregiver

A big benefit to having a live-in caregiver is that you get to hand pick the person you feel best suits your family. You can have security and comfort knowing your children are with a qualified and loving caregiver. They are getting a better quality of care being in a very small client/nanny ratio. Having more one-on-one time means they are having their needs met more efficiently. You can be assured that they are getting healthy meals and snacks. Just think, as a mother you won't have any mad morning rushes to get the kids off to daycare. Having a live-in nanny is cheaper than having 2 children in full time daycare. The bonus is you may also have help with meals and light housekeeping too. The nannies are flexible with their availability, and may be available for overnights and weekends if needed.

But we must say the biggest benefit is that your children are being brought up in a fun, and loving environment that you can feel secure and comfortable about.

Senior Assistant/Elderly care and Care for Persons with Disabilities

More and more families are hiring senior assistants or caregivers to provide quality and professional care for the Elderly and for Persons with Disabilities. Instead of having to go into an expensive retirement community, or nursing home, families love the convenience of having a professional caregiver in their OWN home environment caring for them.

Having your own caregiver may result in a healthier, safer and better quality of life, and also free up some time so you can enjoy more activities. Some of the services a live-in caregiver may provide for you are; meal prep, light housecleaning, run errands, help with personal care, bathing, assist with medications or medical applications, maybe you'd like the caregiver to read books to you, or play cards, accompany you to movies or outings, accompany you to appointments, they will be great listeners and companions. In a nut-shell they will help you manage with your daily life.

All nations Nannies will help you fill out and process applications, forms and contracts you may need. If you would like us to help you come up with a contract between you and the caregiver we will gladly do so. We will also help you with tax deductions, payroll inquires, and obtaining an employer number. If you have any questions or concerns you can be assured that we will always be available to assist you throughout the whole experience.
